Meals-On-Wheels The Rotary Club of Wendouree and the Rotary Club of Ballarat East., have combined to provide a community service to disadvantaged residents of Ballarat by providing volunteers for the Saturday/Sunday delivery of meals-on-wheels from the Ballarat Health Services. Each club provides two drivers and two runners, (often a member and partner team) to deliver the meals on Saturday morning. Four rounds in the Ballarat area are covered and about 120 meals are delivered for the week-end
